On behalf of the students and staff of BoiseHigh School, I would like to welcome you to the 2011-2012 school year.  Just as we have been doing for over one hundred years, this year Boise High will continue to be “Committed to Excellence,” which is our motto and our mission.  Through skillful instruction and  caring relationships, the faculty and staff of BoiseHigh School will provide a  rigorous and relevant educational experience that will prepare each and every one of our students for the challenges of college, careers and citizenship.  We celebrate the diversity of our students, and we are committed to helping each one of them to find meaning and connections through academics, activities, athletics and community service.  We are looking forward a great year full of both hard work and great fun.  At BoiseHigh School, the “Temple of Liberty,” as Mayor Alexander Moses described it at its dedication in 1902, our commitment to equality and excellence will prevail.
